Our Story

Since 2021, TrewLink has assisted over 30,000 IMGs in transitioning to the UK. Throughout this period, we identified skills gaps for both IMGs and UK employers, resulting in disparities in training and career outcomes. Over the past year, we've collaborated with senior NHS workforce leaders and organisations, leading to the development of Trew AI to tackle these challenges across the healthcare sector, serving all professionals and organisations.

With Trew AI our aim is to ensure that more healthcare systems have the right people with the right skills in the right place to meet the needs of its patients and workforce
